1. Beta Service
M Clinic is currently in beta stage. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features may change, and occasional service interruptions may occur.
2. AI-Powered Service
This service uses third-party AI (OpenAI) for voice processing. M Clinic is not liable for AI service outages, errors in speech recognition, or incorrect appointment bookings caused by AI processing failures. You should verify all appointments through your Google Calendar.
3. Data Processing
Voice conversations are processed by OpenAI API. Appointment data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase). Patient phone numbers are used solely for SMS confirmations. M Clinic complies with UK data protection standards (Data Protection Act 2018 / UK GDPR).
4. Data Retention
Appointment records are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, data is accessible for 30 days before deletion. You may request data deletion at any time via the Help section.
5. SMS Notifications
SMS confirmations are charged at the current rate per message. You can enable/disable SMS at any time in Settings.
6. Service Availability
While we target 99%+ uptime, M Clinic does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The AI receptionist depends on third-party infrastructure (OpenAI, Vonage, Google Cloud). Service credits may be issued at our discretion for extended outages.
7. Limitation of Liability
M Clinic (Citizen Peace Limited) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to missed appointments, incorrect bookings, or service downtime.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period. Contact support via the Help section for cancellation requests.
