M Clinic provides your clinic with a dedicated UK phone number. When patients call, our AI receptionist answers in a natural, human-like voice. It can book, reschedule, and cancel appointments — all synced to your Google Calendar with optional SMS confirmations. The system works 24/7, 365 days a year.
💰 How does the free trial work?
All plans come with a 7-day free trial. You enter your card details when signing up, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the 7 days are up, you won't be charged at all. After the trial, your chosen plan starts automatically.
🔄 Can I change my plan?
Yes! Contact us via the Help tab or WhatsApp to upgrade or downgrade your plan. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle. Upgrading gives you immediate access to higher-tier features.
📅 How does Google Calendar sync work?
Go to Settings and click "Connect" under Google Calendar. Once connected, every appointment booked, modified, or cancelled by the AI will automatically appear in your Google Calendar in real time. You can disconnect at any time.
📱 How much does SMS cost?
SMS confirmations cost £0.12 per message and are optional. You can enable or disable them in Settings. When enabled, patients receive automatic text confirmations for bookings, reschedules, and cancellations.
🔒 Is my patient data safe?
Yes. All appointment data is stored securely in your own Google Cloud environment via Firebase. M Clinic does not store patient data on its own servers. Voice conversations are processed by OpenAI's API with enterprise-grade security. We comply with UK data protection standards.
🚫 What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, the AI receptionist will stop answering calls and your phone number will be released. Your appointment history remains accessible for 30 days.
🌙 Does it work outside office hours?
Yes! The AI receptionist works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Patients can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments at any time — even at 3 AM. This is one of the biggest advantages over a human receptionist.
📋 What are the differences between plans?
Starter (£99/mo): 200 minutes, 1 doctor, 1 concurrent call.
Base (£349/mo): Unlimited calls, 5 doctors, priority support.
