M Clinic provides an AI-powered telephone receptionist service for GP clinics. Our system answers incoming calls, books appointments, and synchronises with Google Calendar on behalf of the clinic.
M Clinic is continuously improving and actively maintained. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that as with any technology platform, the system may experience occasional service variations. We are committed to delivering reliable performance and welcome feedback to improve our service.
Base Plan (£350/month): 1 concurrent call, 1 doctor, dedicated UK phone number, Google Calendar sync, SMS notifications (optional at £0.12/SMS).
Pro Plan (£850/month): 2 concurrent calls, up to 5 doctors, dedicated UK phone number, Google Calendar sync, SMS notifications (optional at £0.12/SMS), priority support.
Our service relies on third-party providers including OpenAI (ChatGPT API), Vonage (telephony), and Google Cloud. Service availability is dependent on these providers. M Clinic cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for outages caused by third-party systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M Clinic (Citizen Peace Limited) shall not be held liable for:
• Missed or incorrectly scheduled appointments due to AI errors or third-party outages
• Service interruptions caused by OpenAI, Vonage, Google, or internet connectivity issues
• Any financial loss, medical consequences, or damages arising from the use of this service
• Data processing errors beyond our reasonable control
Clinics are responsible for verifying appointment accuracy and maintaining backup scheduling procedures.
By using M Clinic, the clinic agrees to: maintain backup appointment scheduling procedures, verify AI-scheduled appointments regularly, inform patients that an AI system handles initial calls, and comply with applicable UK data protection laws regarding patient data.
All patient appointment data is stored in the clinic's own Google Cloud (Firebase) account. M Clinic does not retain patient data on its own servers. System logs are automatically purged. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, the clinic retains full access to their data in their own Google Cloud account.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
